La Maison De L'Indonésie: Reviews & Ratings
Really amazing Indonesian cafe near Montparnasse that is worth the detour! The shop owner is lovely and you can taste the love in every bite! The coffees were so flavourful and the meals were mouthwatering. Also one of the only places in Paris where I have been able to truly eat spicy, straight from the Mason Jar the owner has in the fridge for those brave enough to ask! Run, don’t walk to La Maison de L’Indonésie to have a really delicious brunch!
I have read good comments from the google map and visited. The host lady is lively and very helpful in every way. As a visitor a paris, I normally stay near Opera area, and it was good idea to try Indonesian food and atmosphere this time, and happy to find exotic local shop.
The place with its great souvenirs and maps and pictures is a perfect way to promote Indonesia and the food was tasty as expected. It is a great idea that the menu changes by the day. Thank you to the owner for the wonderful time. I also recommend the Indonesian cookbook which they are selling.
